Today wins for my favorite day of the trip so far. It is funny how things come exactly when you need them. Today we got to go to the Kew Gardens. Amazing. I never thought I could spend six hours looking at plants, but when the time came to leave, I didn't want to. I wish I could put my thoughts into words but it is impossible. Within the first half an hour of being there, I thought "this could be one of the most beautiful places in the world," As the day went on, I changed my mind. It IS the most beautiful place I have ever been to. The pictures don't do it justice.
I know I am no photographer, but everything was so green and beautiful. I usually make fun of people who just take pictures of nature... I apologize for every mean comment I have ever said about that. There is something about trying to capture the beauty you see in front of you. It is hard.
Side note- my camera broke which blows. It does this weird vibrate shaking thing every time it is on, so I have resorted to the trusty iPhone camera.
But the day wasn't all about reflecting and thinking and meditating. We had some fun. We found some animals. Like swans and ducks.
And we had a flower smelling contest. These flowers almost won.
But these smelled better. So they won.
We also ate at the restaurant there. A little pricey but delicious.
Oh ya. There was also this thing where you could walk up in the trees. That was pretty sick.
