Art

I think I have been to more museums this trip than I have in my entire life. Which is good. I am definitely becoming more cultured. I think. Like I actually don't mind walking around for hours looking at various forms of art. Like today. We went to the Tate Britain Museum.

It basically just a museum with a bunch of art.

We started the day off right by biking there, instead of taking the tube. It was really fun but actually really scary. Especially when you can't see out of your right eye and all of a sudden there is bus next to you about to run you over. But it's ok. I'm alive. I made it. I think I will just stick to riding them in the park though.

The museum awesome. We spent most of our time in the Tuner exhibit. Don't know who that is? Neither did I. But look him UP. Cuz he is awesome. After looking at lots of his paintings, I loved the ones of the coastlines the best, we went in to the "interactive" part of the exhibit. We got to try and mimic some of his sketches. Here is my attempt. Bet you can't tell which one is the real one.

There was this other room I found that I really liked. Frank Bowling. You can see some of the his paintings here. I liked them because there were so many different things you could get from looking at them. They could mean one thing to me, but then a completely different thing to someone else. Also we had a mini photo shoot in that exhibit.

One of the coolest things in the museum was this upside down mirror thing. We played with it a lot. When you got super close though, you were flipped the right way but your head looked really fat and distorted. It was all perspective so it was hard to get a good picture. This one is ok I guess.

The gift shop also had this and I laughed.

IPhoneography. It's a real thing.

To conclude, I would like to formally apologize for any spelling or grammatical errors in this blog. I usually write before I go to bed, so I could care les about going back and correcting anything because I am really tired. So if any future employers or anyone else I should be trying to impress is reading this, I am very sorry.
